This service is operated by Cartridges4Charity on behalf of Samoyed Breed Council. Catridges4Charity shall be referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "we", "our" or "us" and the donor or proposed donor of cartridges to the service as "the Donor", or "you". By visiting this web site or using our service, you indicate your acceptance of these terms.
Accepted Items
Please note that we do not accept any items except those listed explicitly on our reusable cartridges list.
Items not accepted include, but are not limited to:
- Epson cartridges
- toner bottles
- fusers
- toner 'kits'
- ribbon cartridges
- franking machine cartridges
Please see the Recycling Guide for routes by which such non-accepted items can be disposed of in a responsible manner, though such services are not guaranteed to be free of charge.
Passing of Title
We shall assume full title to all items upon receipt, though reserve the right to refuse receipt of consignments.
Due to the volume of items returned, we are unable to return any items to the sender after having taken receipt of them.
Postage and Collections
We do not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to items during transit. It is strongly recommended that items are packed carefully to avoid risk of damage. For high-value consignments, we recommend the use of recorded delivery services, at the discretion of the sender.
All items returned to us should be accompanied by the relevant account number and/or barcode, clearly indicated and legible, on the outside of the package. If items are not clearly marked with the account number, we cannot be held responsible for any problems with the processing of these items, and Samoyed Breed Council may not receive credit for these items.
Your Use of the Service
We may request at any time that you cease using the service.
To protect our interests, if you send items that are not present on our reusable cartridge list, or an excess of damaged items, we reserve the right to deduct a per-item fee from the beneficiary's balance to recoup the costs of postage, handling and disposal for such items.
Limitation of Liability
We offer no warranty or guarantee about the service whatsoever. The service may be withdrawn without notice at any time.
Alterations to This Contract
This contract may be amended from time to time by us without notice.
